The Kelly Park Board of Directors
has contracted with Community Property Management to provide management services. Those
services include:

maintain checking and savings accounts

Record minutes of the Board of
Directors

Supervise maintenance and
repairs of common areas

Inspect properties to see that
standards are maintained

Notify homeowners when they are
in violation of standards
