The Kelly Park Board of Directors has contracted with Community Property Management to provide management services. Those services include:

• Collect homeowners fees, maintain checking and savings accounts

• Record minutes of the Board of Directors

• Supervise maintenance and repairs of common areas

• Inspect properties to see that standards are maintained

• Notify homeowners when they are in violation of standards
