We hope this website will increase your knowledge of our neighborhood, and will answer your questions quickly and easily. Directions: 101 to Ventu Park Road, then south to frontage road (Newbury Road), then right to Kelley Road, then south (left) to Kelly Park. (Kelley Road and Kelly Park are not spelled the same). Newbury Park is part of the City of Thousand Oaks. Streets: Hays Drive, Jerome Avenue, Kelley Road, Heather Ridge Avenue, O'Leary Court, Shamrock Court, Donegal Avenue, Galway Lane, Tipperary Lane. Street cleaning is currently the 2nd Thursday of each month (Click here for schedule updates). All vehicles should be parked in the garage or driveway on this day. Units: 154, Owner Occupancy: 70 percent (2000) Monthly Dues: $70, due first of month. Make checks payable to: Kelly Park Homeowners Association, Community Property Management, PO Box 2017, Camarillo, CA 93011-2817. Late Fee: $10 after the 15th. Interest is charged on accounts not paid by the 25th. Returned check fee: $25. Homeowner's Responsibilities: Maintenance and repair of homeowner's property and structure, all utilities including trash, water, electricity and natural gas. Association Responsibilities: Common areas, including pool, clubhouse, common green areas and fences along those common green areas. Meetings: Second Monday of each month, 7 pm at the clubhouse.
