Articles of Incorporation-- This document was
filed with the State of California in 1977 for the purpose of
establishing the Kelly Park Homeowners Association as a legal corporation.
This document also defines how the corporation can be dissolved. It is probably important
now only because it lets Homeowners know the association is legal. All issues
relevant to today's residents are included in other documents--namely, the Bylaws and the Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions, below.

Bylaws -- The Bylaws define how the members of the
Board of Directors are elected, what their duties are, and how and
when business meetings are to be held.

Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) --
The CC&Rs list owner's rights and responsibilities, the rules every
homeowner agrees to abide by, and the penalties for violating those
rules.

Grant Deed -- This 1976 document transfers ownership of the Kelly Park
properties from the original Kelly Park limited partnership to the Kelly
Park Homeowners Association.

Architectural Request Form --
Must be presented to board before making any changes to the exterior or
front yard of any residence.
