Kelly Park Homeowners Association BOARD OF DIRECTOR All members of the The Kelly Park Board of Directors are unpaid volunteers. Each director serves for two years, but elections are held annually so the whole board does not change at the time of an election. Current Board Members:
Annual Elections The next election of officers will be held in October 7, 2008. Watch for announcement of any date change. The meeting will be called to order by the president. At this meeting an election will be conducted to elect two or three members to the board of directors of the Association. Nominations may be made in writing from the membership of the Association prior to the scheduled meeting. Nominations may also be made from the floor at the time of the meeting. Each owner also has the right to vote in the election by proxy if they can not be present in person. Immediately following the meeting of members, the newly elected Board of Directors may convene for the purpose of electing Officers of the Board of Directors and to transact any and all business that may properly come before them. You are urged to be present at the Annual Meeting on October 7, 2008. If you can not attend, please complete the proxy form (which will be mailed to you) and mail it to the office of Community Property Management. In order to conduct this Annual Meeting of Members, a majority of the members must be present in person or by proxy.
