Kelly Park Homeowners Association ANTENNAS AND DISHES The Board of Directors of the Kelly Park Homeowners Association, Inc. (hereinafter "Association") hereby adopts the following policy. This policy applies to all owners, tenants, leasees, and others in possession of a housing unit. 1. No antenna or satellite dish more than one (1) meter [39.37"] in diameter may be installed within the Kelly Park Homeowners Association. 2. An antenna or satellite dish of one (1) meter or less in diameter may be installed within Kelly Park Homeowners Association with prior written permission provided it is installed wholly in the "exclusive uses" area, which includes the side yard and rear yard areas of the building, and is not plainly visible from the street in front of the house. 3. The architectural committee will not approve installation of any antenna or dish on the front of the house or any part of the house plainly visible from the street. 4. The satellite dish or antenna must be reasonably screened from public view. 5. Any damage caused by the installation or maintenance of a satellite dish will be the responsibility of the owner of the residence where the satellite dish or antenna is installed. 6. The antenna or
satellite dish must be installed and maintained so as not to create a safety
hazard and must be installed pursuant to the manufacturer's specifications
and in accordance with all applicable fire and safety codes. |
